Video Output Behavior

Remove Filter Jitter

“Remove ﬁeld jitter when video is paused” allows DeckLink to display only a single ﬁeld when

paused, while turning this mode off will display a complete frame in pause. Single ﬁeld is similar to

how Betacam SP decks work when paused, eliminating ﬁeld ﬂicker from paused images.

If you’re doing work without interlaced video, such as animation, then you can turn this mode off

so you can see both ﬁelds in full resolution for best quality. Regardless of this setting, you always

get the correct full frame dual ﬁeld output when in playback mode, as this setting only effects

paused video.
